CONTROL OF US CONGRESS STILL UNCERTAIN
The race for control of the House is still uncertain, but Republicans are optimistic about their new Senate majority and Donald Trump’s presidency. Heading into the 2024 elections, House Republicans hold a slim majority of 220 GOP seats, while Democrats have 212, with three vacancies. VOA’s Paul Ndiho is standing by live at Capitol Hill.
