NIGERIA’S DIGITAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

Only 12% have a national identification number, and less than 1% possess an identity card. Our technology correspondent, Paul Ndiho, spoke to Hilary Damissah, Editor of Cyber News and COO at the Center for Cyber Awareness and Development in Abuja, Nigeria.
