Zimbabwe’s National Assembly has overwhelmingly approved Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3, voting 216 to 42 in favor of sweeping changes that could fundamentally reshape how political power is exercised and transferred. The bill would extend presidential and parliamentary terms from five years to seven years.
